Overview

United Action for Children is a Non Governmental Organization in Buea, the South West Province of Cameroon located in Central Africa. UAC is a non-profit, philanthropic and non-political organization. The organization began in 1996, currently has several projects which are run with the help of volunteers. Our main goal is to provide affordable quality education to the children and disadvantaged youths of Buea, Cameroon.

Objectives

▪ to provide quality and affordable nursery and primary education
▪ to help rectify problems existing in the local education system
▪ to address the issue of school dropout and failure
▪ to introduce an alternative education approach in Cameroon
▪ to offer a secure and stable learning environment for children
▪ to help parents and teachers take an active role in child development
