We provide a
wide array of products and services to cater for the
needs of charitable causes
around the world. These products
and services are designed with the Malian Foundation’s
core organisational philosophy in mind which is improving
the operational and management efficiency of charitable
causes so they can better aid their constituents.
We operate two programs, namely, the Empowering Communities Program and
the
Consulting Program. The programs are interrelated in
intention but differ in implementation. The Empowering
Communities Program is a standardized set of free products and services which
can be obtained online within minutes and put into operation with
minimal training necessary. The Consulting Services Program is
designed to provide free one-on-one customized advice
via our international network of volunteers.
The
Empowering
Communities Program
The program, offered without charge to charitable
causes worldwide,
provides management and open-source software tools focusing
on common issues surrounding
non-profit organisations such as volunteer
management, fundraising and
strategic
planning. The program also offers a free web
hosting service designed for small to medium sized organizations
who seek a website to detail their work and
attract online donations. The program is based on a
large number of implementations and is regularly
revised by industry experts such as our external
consulting partners, non-profit organisations
who serve as reviewers of new developments and
our own internal reviewers. The service can be
quickly and easily obtained by accessing the
registration area.
The
Consulting Services Program
The
program provides strategy,
process, information technology and people related
management consulting services, at no charge to
clients, via an international network of experienced
volunteers managed by the Malian Foundation.
